As Movers who are regulated and pay dues to the state we must unite and realize that our biggest competitor is not each other, but the "rouge" movers who are unlicensed, uninsured and underground.

The South Carolina Association of Movers better known as SCAM has a tough agenda. We shall unite as a team in order to protect the longevity of our livelihoods. A few of the issues we addressing and taking action both civilly , politically and criminally are:

• Pushing for an increase in shutting down
  non-licensed movers.
• Shutting down Internet Sites that offer driving
  assistance from Non-Licensed drivers.
• Pushing for the State to require any persons offering "Moving Labor" must operate under a SC Household
  Mover License.
• Increasing customer leads for SCAM Members by increasing Organic SEO results.
• Open up the channels of communication between
  Movers and the SC Attorney Generals Office.
• Yearly conference for Movers held in Columbia, SC.
• File small claim suits against Illegal Movers. Report unlicensed movers directly to the state.
